Wile 78 – Grain moisture meter

Wile 78 allows you to analyze the moisture of the measured grain or seeds below the surface. This is useful, for example, when the thickness of the shell differs with variety and growing conditions, or when very moist beans dry quickly, which can leave moisture in the core of the bean even if the outer surface is already dry.

• Measuring range varies by crop type and geographic area between 4% and 44%
• Characteristic range for cereals: 9–37% and oilseeds: 5–28%
• Repeatability of the measurement result: ± 0.5% with storage moisture content of normal quality grain at room temperature
